LIVING THE DREAM! My name is Sarah Oliva (Steen), I'm the owner, Broker of Goldkey Properties DR. I have 23 years living in Sosua on the North Coast of the DR. Originally I came here to work in the dive industry, but returned to what I love, real estate! I have many years of professional knowledge to offer my clients adhering to strict codes of conduct and ethics, but more importantly I've lived the experience of buying/constructing both here and in Europe. The process can be stressful, I'm here to make the transaction smooth and seamless. For 15 years I've also owned another successful business in Sosua. When I'm not working I can be found looking after my animal rescues (5 cats/5 dogs) or rescuing, feeding the street animals.
