Frequently Asked Questions

Use the search bar on the homepage or listings page to search by city, neighborhood, or property ID. You can also use filters to narrow down results by:

• Price range
• Number of bedrooms and bathrooms
• Property type (villa, condo, apartment, land, etc.)
• Status (for sale or for rent)
• Amenities (pool, ocean view, gated community, etc.)

Click the heart icon on any property card or property detail page to save it to your favorites. You'll need to be signed in to use this feature. View all your saved favorites from your dashboard.

1. Perform a search with your desired criteria
2. Click "Save Search" button
3. Enable email alerts when saving
4. Choose your preferred frequency (immediately, daily, or weekly) You can manage all your saved searches and alert preferences from your dashboard.

On any property detail page, you'll find the agent's contact information and an inquiry form. You can:

• Send a message through the inquiry form
• Call the agent directly (if phone number is displayed)
• Send a WhatsApp message
• Request a property tour

DRListings displays prices in multiple currencies including USD, EUR, CAD, GBP, and Dominican Peso (DOP). You can change your preferred currency using the settings gear icon. Note that currency conversions are estimates updated weekly.

Click the compare icon on property cards to add properties to your comparison list. You can compare up to 4 properties side by side, viewing their features, prices, and amenities.

1. Create an account on DRListings
2. Go to your Dashboard and click "Become a Professional"
3. Complete the onboarding form with your professional details
4. Your account will be activated after review

1. Log in to your Agent Dashboard
2. Click "Add New Listing" or the plus icon
3. Fill in property details: title, description, price, location
4. Upload photos (first image becomes the main photo)
5. Select amenities and property type
6. Click "Create Listing" to publish

Listings are active for 90 days by default. You'll receive notifications when listings are about to expire and can renew them from your dashboard.

From your Agent Dashboard:

• Click "Edit" on any listing to modify details
• Click "Delete" to remove a listing permanently
• Use bulk actions to manage multiple listings at once

Inquiries appear in your Agent Dashboard under the "Inquiries" tab. You can:

• View all inquiries and their details
• Mark inquiries as read/unread
• Reply directly via email
• Track which listings generate the most inquiries

Yes! Use the AI Import feature in your Agent Dashboard:

1. Go to "AI Import"
2. Paste listing URLs from other websites
3. Our AI extracts property data automatically
4. Review and approve the extracted information
5. Listings are created in your account

If you're already an agent, you can request an agency upgrade:

1. Go to Agent Dashboard > Settings
2. Click "Request Agency Account"
3. Provide information about your agency
4. Wait for admin approval

1. Go to Agency Dashboard > Team
2. Copy your unique invite link
3. Share the link with agents you want to invite
4. Agents can apply to join using the link
5. Review and approve applications

As an agency owner, you can:

• View all listings from your team in one place
• Reassign listings between agents
• Bulk edit or delete listings
• Track performance across all agency listings

1. Go to Agency Dashboard > Team
2. Find the agent you want to remove
3. Click "Remove from Team"
4. Choose whether to retain or release their listings

Click "Sign In" and you can:

• Sign up with your email (magic link authentication)
• Sign in with Google
• Sign in with Facebook No password is required - we use secure magic links sent to your email.

2. Click the "Account" tab
3. Update your name, phone, and preferences
4. Click "Save" to apply changes

Click the language selector in the header or footer to switch between:

• English
• Spanish (Espanol)
• German (Deutsch)
• French (Francais)
• Italian (Italiano)
• Russian (Russkiy)

In settings, you can toggle between:

• Imperial (square feet)
• Metric (square meters) Your preference is saved and applied across all property listings.

Check the following:

1. Verify your email address is correct in account settings
2. Check your spam/junk folder
3. Ensure email alerts are enabled for your saved searches
4. Add noreply@drlistings.com to your contacts

Ensure that:

• Your listing status is "Active"
• The listing hasn't expired
• All required fields are filled out
• The listing was approved (if moderation is enabled)

DRListings uses passwordless authentication. Simply:

1. Click "Sign In"
2. Enter your email address
3. Check your email for the magic link
4. Click the link to log in
